Carrigan’s Public House (http://www.carriganspub.com/) is part of Birmingham’s burgeoning culinary scene. The city was ranked #1 in 2015 on Zagat’s list of America’s next hot food cities. Everything on the menu is special – from the corn dog with “hipster ranch” and the duck tacos to the 12-hour brisket sandwich and the flat iron wellington. You can’t go wrong.

Carrigan’s pre-prohibition style cocktails are also pretty phenomenal – would have liked to try them all but that just wasn’t feasible. For the beer drinker, there are some sixty varieties to choose from – many of which are on tap.

And not just any tap – we’ve come to Carrigan’s to see its bar. Why? because it’s well-known in the Land Rover community for the Series III that houses all of the taps.
